Davis Landscape Construction warranties all trees and shrubs for one (1) full year from the date of installation as long as normal horticultural practices are met. We warranty all hardscape work for one (1) full year from the date of installation under normal conditions. Hardscape materials carry a warranty by the manufacturers; some manufacturers such as Techo-bloc have a lifetime transferable warranty, while others range from one to five years. Davis Landscape Construction does not cover over/under watering, chemicals, pests, abnormal weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Winterizing your irrigation system is essential to avoid freezing pipes during the cold season. Incurring the cost of repairs to your irrigation system, as well as damaging your lawn or landscape will be costly. What maintenance do I need to do on my irrigation system?
